CITY OF BEE CAVE?NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ANNEXATION
First Morningside Austin, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Owner”) and Embrey Partners, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, and Ash Creek Homes, Inc., (together, “Option Holders”) has filed a petition requesting the City of Bee Cave, Texas to annex a tract of land, being a 35.733 acre tract of land (3544 South RR 620) legally described as LOT 1, BLOCK A, MORNINGSIDE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas, according to plat recorded at Document No. 200900139 of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas
Two public hearings will be held by the City Council of the City of Bee Cave at the City Hall located at 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738. The dates and times of the public hearings are:
    1.    Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
    2.    Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
All persons interested in the annexation may attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
