At its Thursday 13th meeting the WTCPUA Board delayed until December making a decision on the 700+ home Hatchett Tract development's water supply.

The key issue remains that the cash strapped utility is currently facing a cost of over $7 million out of a total of $9 million for the infrastructure needed. Any new discussion is likely to require the current PUA customer base to pay less and the developers to pay more.
