New P&Z almost complete
As is usual after an election, the relected members of Bee Cave City Council nominated all their current members of the P&Z committee. They were named this week at the June 13th meeting.

Spicewood Arts Society Announces New Concert Season
Fans of all music genres will find something to like at the 2017-18 performance season of the Spicewood Arts Society, including jazz, “classical-not-classical,” and Western swing.
The season ticket price of $125 includes the five regular season performances, averaging $25 each. Tickets may be purchased at www.spicewoodarts.org.
Truck demolishes Bee Cave light
Early on Wednesday the 17th an 18 wheeler truck took out an entire traffic light pole at the junction of Highway 71 and Hamilton Pool Road just West of Bee Cave
April home sale trends
Across Bee Cave, home sales increased 37.5 percent year-over-year in April, while median price remained flat at $470,000, according to the April 2017 report released by the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
