According to the according to the February 2017 Report released today by the Austin Board of REALTORS® across Bee Cave, home sales decreased 75 percent year-over-year in February, while median price rose 39.3 percent to $635,000.
Lakeway home sales decreased 13.6 percent year-over-year in February, while median price rose 17.8 percent to $522,450,

Weather puts Kite Flight back a week

The Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce's Mighty Kite Flight on Sunday April 2nd has been rescheduled due to predicted bad weather.
The decision was made today to delay the event until Sunday April 9th from noon to 3 pm.
