According to a mailer received this week, the new ACE Hardware in Spicewood is now open. The building is the former Ilsa's Restaurant on Highway 71.
Backyard to join movie studio plan

It appears that Backyard owners Tim O'Connor, his backer John Paul DiJoria (of Paul Mitchell and Patron Tequila fame) are joining with local developer Chris Milam in his plan to bring a movie studio to Bee Cave.
Fuddruckers opening date

The latest news is that Fuddruckers (which replaces Waterloo in the Shops at the Galleria) will open this Thursday the 23rd, according to signs at the restaurant.
620 HEB moving closer

The HEB based development on 620 - an HEB expected to be even bigger than the Bee Cave store - moves closer as Lakeway's ZAPCO (P&Z equivalent) considers a major zoning change for the lot.
Bee Cave Coffee open

Chad Jones, owner of Chisos in the HCG, has just opened his second establishment there. Bee Cave Coffee is near the Iron Cactus by the Amphitheater.
