Big changes and lane/turn restrictions this weekend:
LCRA to raise rates - up to 19+%

The LCRA is looking to increase its area rates by as much as 19-20% in the next few months. The rates were discussed this week and covered in a recent announcemtn by the Chairman of the LCRA Board, Tomothy Timmerman.
