Having ceased all food service on Feb 22nd, Rich Phillips (owner of Hill Country Golf and Guitar and Six String Grill) has announced that the beleaguered venue is up for sale at around $5MM for the land and facility.

Chisos changeover this week

Chisos will be opening in its current location for the last time on Sunday Feb 21st and will re-open in the old Zingers space at the other end of the HCG on Friday Feb 26th. Owner Chad Jones was kind enough to send three photos of the work in progress at the new premises

The massive new Hill Country Indoor facility is finally raising its profile on Bee Cave Parkway near the Backyard. This week saw the start of substantial steel framing being lifted and bolted into place.
