Job Title:  Customer Service Representative, part time.
 
Job Description
Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.  The ability to fluently speak, read, and type in both English and Spanish is a preferred skill for this position.

Duties:
* Provides customer service and technical support by answering questions related to driver education, driving law, and driver licensing procedures.
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
* Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
* Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
* Maintains safe and clean office space by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Two shifts are available:
   Monday through Friday from 8 am to noon and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm
   Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm
