Position Information:
· Location: Marble Falls, TX (2100-A North Highway 281)
· Salary: Competitive; based on experience.
· FLSA Status: Hourly (Non Exempt)
· Reports To: Office Manager
Job Purpose and Responsibility:
Our goal and your goal at Watkins Insurance Group is to assist in growing your book of business by working with our contracted companies/carriers to provide an insurance solution and offer advice to our prospects and customers. This is accomplished through developing relationships with our companies/ carriers, our prospects and our clients and maintaining these relationships to retain business. In the Commercial department this is achieved by working in teams with a Producer/s and Commercial Service Advisor/s to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations through timely service standards, workflows and processes outlined in the Commercial department procedure manual. You are required to be a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and to fulfill your continuing education requirements to maintain your active license status.
