Developer incurs wrath of Council
Developers Ash Creek Homes tried to gain retrospective approval for several substantial changes they had made to their Canyonside development on 71 near Vail Divide. Ths Council was not impressed at their November 22nd meeting.
At issue were changes to many common area facilities and features - after a detailed development plan had been approved months ago.
The move to force them to fix things was led by Monty Parker and was passed by majority with both Bill Goodwin and Tom Matzen voting no - to allow the changes.
The changes had passed Planning and Zoning Commission approval the prior week.
The developer now has to come back to City staff with a revised plan to meet the original approved plan.
