Backyard back pedals

Monty Parker had drawn our attention to next week's Council meeting on Tuesday the 13 at 5pm. A major agenda item is a significant set of request sfor changes to the approved plans for the New Backyard property behind Bee Cave City Park on Bee Cave Parkway.
Not only does the new plan call for converting all of the movie studios planned into Data Centers but it also includes building a natural gas powered electricity generation system on site.
Most contentiously, it calls for eliminating the entrance from Highway 71 - pushing all the traffic on to the already crowded Bee Cave Parkway.
