Spicewood residents not happy with Thomas Ranch

Renewed calls are being made to incorporate Spicewood as a City - as residents received few answers to their key questions at a March 21st meeting with the developers of the 3,000 home Thomas Ranch.
Citing the fact that the meeting was a series of table mini groups with no real presentation and zero opportunity to question key staff or Commissioner Daugherty who set up the meeting, local resdients were very negative on the session on key local social media.
