With the additon of yet another law suit - this one from developer Adrian Overstreet over access to offices at the back of HCG - two council members have called a special meeting on Thursday March 8th.

Bill Goodwin and Monty Parker called the meeting - the latter pointing out that their instructions to schedule a Public Comment session prior to the two Executive (Private) Sessions was not exectued by staff in the meeting paperwork.

The second session, about the ongoing Backyard litigation against the City and Goodwin, Parker and King personally will see these three retaining their own counsel as an alternative to the City Attorney.
