Stage 4 water restrictions lifted
As of November 13th WTCPUA has lifted it's Stage 4 emergency water restrictions:
"Lake Austin raw water turbidity has returned to manageable levels and WTCPUA water treatment production capacity has been determined to meet system demands. Accordingly, effective immediately the WTCPUA is lifting Stage 4 Emergency Water Conservation Measures and returning to Stage 1 Voluntary Water Conservation until further notice.
Stage 1 Voluntary Watering Guidelines:
Irrigation of landscaped areas with hose-end sprinklers or automatic irrigation systems between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and between 7:00 p.m. and midnight.
Twice per week watering:
Addresses ending in an odd number: Wednesday and Saturday
Addresses ending in an even number: Thursday and Sunday
Commercial customers (including HOA and POA addresses): Monday and Friday
