Bee Cave City Council to debate Masonwood issue

At its Tuesday night meeting (November 12th) Bee Cave City Council will consider action over the WTCPUA plans to supply a new 1,600 home development on Hamilton Pool Road on the Hatchett Tract. Bee Cave is a partial owner of the PUA.
Heavy attendance is anticipated at the meeting, as this item is immediately followed by the Covert matter - on which last week's P&Z meeting returned a recommendation NOT to grant permission for the car dealership on 71. Residents from Rocky Creek, Belvedere and Destiny Hills are all objecting to the new development, preliminarily titled Masonwood West.
The City involvement is limited to indirect influence as the development is not in Bee Cave or its ETJ.
