SW Parkway/71 switch

Traffic will shift to new travel lanes on State Highway 71 at Southwest Parkway in Travis County this weekend. Construction crews will begin moving traffic to new lanes at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, and will have the change completed by 5 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16.
The process will require closing the left-turn lane on SH 71 and the left-turn lane on Southwest Parkway at the intersection through the weekend. Traffic will be maintained on SH 71 with right-turns only to/from Southwest Parkway. Expect delays and confusion.
