Terrace revamp stumbles at Council

The latest battle between developer Chris Milam and Bee Cave City Council led to a 6-0 defeat for an attempt to revise the plan for the proposed Terraces condo development on the north side of Bee Cave Parkway opposite the back of the HCG.
The main change was to reduce the number of condos and add town homes in their place. Council asked Milam to stop trying to change the approved Plan.
