HCG Layout change OK'd

The HCG cleared more hurdles in its plan to remove the road in front of the Bee Cave City Hall/Library and to reconfigure the center of the development into a dining center and open space.
Council member Kara King continued to vote against the motions in line with her negative feelings about the changes.
