Bee Cave house sales drop 43%

Year on year house sales for July 2016 dropped in Bee Cave by 43% while the median home price rose 1.2 percent to $523,000.
Lakeway saw a 38% increase in volume and the median home price rose 19.8 percent to $539,250.
