Hill Country Galleria, a 1.3-million-square-foot lifestyle center, today announced the unveiling of its multi-million dollar property transformation. The community is invited to celebrate the completion of the property at the Grand Re-Opening Event on Saturday, April 8.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate the completion of our property transformation with the community,” said Courtney Bunte, Property Marketing Manager at Hill Country Galleria. “Whether it be for shopping, dining or entertainment, the new look and feel of our center truly enhances the customer experience.”

Hill Country Galleria began its renovations in 2016, adding in features including landscaping upgrades, more shaded areas, new walkways and a new entertainment district, Central Plaza, featuring a grassy lawn, a new splash pad and additional outdoor seating. The new Central Plaza allows for an expansion of the Galleria’s 80+ annual events, including the return of the Saturday Night Concert Series, every Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. In addition to the renovation, Hill Country Galleria welcomed the addition of several new tenants over the past year, including international retailer H&M, Frost Gelato, Mana Culture, Adorn Boutique, RIDE Indoor Cycling, Premier Family Physicians, Restore Cryotherapy and Anthony’s Patio.

The community is invited to the ribbon cutting and grand re-opening celebration on Saturday, April 8 from 2 to 9 p.m., with festivities including live music by Bob Schneider, fashion show featuring live music by The Mrs., food sampling and treats at the Taste of the Galleria, fireworks show, special shopping offers and more.

Hill Country Galleria is located in Bee Cave, west of downtown Austin in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and offers 713,000 square feet of retail, 285,000 square feet of Class A office space, 50 acres of green space and more.

Hill Country Galleria was purchased by Invesco Real Estate in 2014 on behalf of one of its separate account clients.
