Revised Terraces get Council go ahead

The Terraces is a large project on the North side of Bee Cave Parkway to include offices, condos and a restautant complex.
It had raised issues of traffic, height and multi family density. Here is the revised overview plan:
This week a revised and less dense alternative plan was presented to Council and this time it passed unanimously. At least one member of council (Kara King) posted online that this was a better plan than that approved in December but still belived this was not the right place to build this development.
This amendment made the project less dense, moved the 2 parking garages underground and decreased the number of condos from 120 total, to 41 condos and 16 townhouses.
