Backyard attempts to skirt 71 access road requirement
Backyard developer Chris Milam is trying to get around the Bee Cave City Council's absolute requirement for a 71 entrance/exit before the go ahaed for starting construction would be given.
At the November 7th P&Z meeting, Milam is expected to offer to limit attendace at the planned music venue to under 2,000 instead of the full 3,500 number until the road is built. He is also offering to provide an on site nurse to reduce fears of medical staff access issues.
The requirement was placed upon the deal by Council back in July.
