Backyard revised plan passed

Controvertial development "The Backyard" on Bee Cave Parkway has had a new development plan passed by Bee Cave City Council on March 26th.
By reducing the maximum capacity of the concert venue to 2,000 the developers have persuaded the City to remove the requirement for a second access road onto Highway 71.
The planned data centers were also removed from the revised plan and replaced by more offices, restaurants and brewery/distillery type developments.
The developers have now dropped their lawsuits against the City in return.
