Documents filed with the City of Bee Cave show several key details of the contentious Covert Dealership planned for 71, in the run up to this month's hearings at P&Z (20th) and City Council (27th)
The plat filed shows several details of the property in the City's ETJ - over which the City has limited powers:
- Two entrances and exits (City does control entrances/exits)
- Two separate car showrooms suggesting two dealerships
- A large multi-storey parking structure
