Golf and Guitar is open
Hill Country Golf & Guitar and the Six String Grill, the new destination restaurant featuring mini-golf and live music, has opened its doors and will celebrate its Grand Opening from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM this Saturday, November 8.
“We’ve created a very special place for the Greater Austin community to gather with friends and family and build lasting memories,” said owner Rich Phillips. “We hope that everyone will come out and join us for our Grand Opening and continue to come back to savor the excellent food and Eat, Putt and Rock with us.”
Central Texas artists and bands will perform outdoors on The Great Lawn, which can be viewed from the mini-golf course, the Six String Grill and the Tree House, a hangout for teens with a treetop view and retro arcade games. The Grand Opening music lineup features:
· 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. – Hannah D'Herde
· 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. – Annie & Kate
· 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. – Jeremiah
· 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. – Horseshoes & Hand Grenades
· 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. – High Fidelity
At the Six String Grill, guests can choose from hand-crafted burgers, po-boy sandwiches and entrées like herb-roasted chicken, flat-iron steak and grilled salmon. The restaurant’s three-tier deck lets guests dine outdoors while overlooking the live music stage and mini-golf course.
The Six String Grill has hired more than 50 staff members and is currently looking for additional waiters and waitresses, hostesses, line cooks and prep cooks.
