The Bee Cave Bee

Local sources tell us developer Chris Milam is asking Bee Cave City Council to allow him to replace the planned studios and sound stages at The Backyard on Bee Cave Parkway with large Data Center buildings.

The initial plan has been impacted by the recent revision in the tax and other incentives for movie makers in Texas. The plan for up scale condominiums on the north facing ridge opposite the HCG remains part of the overall plan.
