With the Feb 17 deadline passed there are officially five candidates standing for three City Council seats in the May elections.

This week, Bee Cave Planning and Zoning passed a majority recommendation to send the amendment authorizing the building of the Terraces condo and commercial development opposite the back of the Galleria on Bee cave Parkway to the full Council.
Home sales flat

Bee Cave home sales remained flat in January, while median home price decreased 5 percent to $575,000, according to the according to the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
