Spicewood Arts Society Hosts “Rockin’ the Vineyard” Feb. 18
SPICEWOOD, TX-The Spicewood Arts Society hosts its annual fundraiser benefiting arts in education, “Rockin’ the Vineyard,” at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18 at Spicewood Vineyards. Featuring the music of Suede, the evening includes a catered dinner from Verde’s Mexican Parilla, auction, games and a giveaway.
Grumbles tract homes nixed
At it's January 24th meeting Bee Cave City Council denied an application for the Grumbles tract on Hamilton Pool Road to be zoned as a Family Rural Residential Subdivision.
Water Board changes
At a presentation to Bee Cave City Council the WTCPUA made several interesting announcements. Our thanks to Kara King for much of this information.
House prices update
According to the Austin Board of Realtors the year on year numbers for Bee Cave showed a 1.6% decrease in home sales and a stable median price of just over $525K.
Lakeway showed a 10% increase in homes sold and a 7.4 increase in median price to $485K for the same period

Water Tower operational soon
At a recent Bee Cave City Council meeting the WTCPUA announced that the new million gallon water tower on 71 near Hamilton Pool Road will be operatioanl with six weeks.
