In Bee Cave, single-family home sales rose 10.3 percent year-over-year for the first half of 2016, while median price dropped 4.3 percent to $524,200.
WTCPUA in water boil alarm
On the 19th of July, the water authority WTCPUA issued a boil water notice to its entire Hamilton Pool Road service area - citing water pressure loss and an associated risk of bacteria in the water.

Travis County back under burn ban
This week Travis County Commissioners signaled the end of our wet spell when they ordered a burn ban through at least August 10th. They made it clear they expect the ban to be extended. Under the order all outdoor burning is banned to reduce the risk of fires as vegetation has significantly dried out.
