Masonwood TCEQ fight to start
March 18th sees ths start in a downtown "court" of the contested hearing for the creation of a MUD for the Masonwood development off HPR. The development of at least 700 homes and perhaps up to over 1500 homes is heavily opposed. An agreement with WTCPUA has yet to be signed and Lakeway;s MUD 17 has refuted a proposal to supply water to Masonwood. The details are HERE.

A couple of our readers have asked us to remind you that Bee Cave City Ordinances limit Oak trimming to the period July 1st to Feb 1st. We are getting numerous reports of trimming going on in the area
Lake inflows lowest ever
Records for water flowing into our Lake system go back to 1942 when the dam was built. The amount of water coming in to the Lake in 2014 was the second lowest total on record.
Park and Ride coming to 620?
CAMPO plans to establish Park & Ride locations in both Bee Cave and the Four Points area of 620 by the end of the decade.
