Bee Cave moves to fix ordinance issues

Following the issues with the Terraces ordinances that impacted the Overstreet development and caused a law suit, the City moved at its April 24th meeting to engage outside council to investigate.
Mayor Pro Tem Goodwin stated "our city attorney has indicated we need to look at ordinances like this and since her name is on these documents we should have outside council study and offer recommendations to council."
A motion to hire McGinnis Lochridge to work with Akers was approved unanimously.
