SAS is hosted by Lee and Renee Hollingsworth inside their real estate office, The Hollingsworth Real Estate Group .

“This move gives us much better visibility and accessibility for visitors,” said SAS president Debbie Starnes. “Our former president, Janey Richardson, has a shop next door and will be available for information as well.”
"When we opened our previous office, at Hollingsworth Corner, SAS hadn't had an actual office before. Our drop-in visitors were fewer than anticipated, so it was clear we could easily function with less office space, but we wanted more visibility from the highway,"she said.
SAS shares the space with the new Spicewood Visitors Center, in phase 1 of a planned four-phase commercial development eventually growing to about 4,000 square feet of mixed use commercial space with a variety of tenants.
.“The JS Hollingsworth Center will be a 5 acre development with goals of preserving the past, enhancing the present, and envisioning the future, ” said Renee Hollingsworth, SAS Community Outreach chair. “Collectively hosting both SAS and the Spicewood Visitors’ Center helps us realize these goals.”
