Relay for Life continues its fund raising

The Relay For Life of Lake Travis, which had been gearing up all year for the cancer fundraiser and walking relay, culminated on April 17th at Lake Travis High School, with record breaking attendance and fundraising.

On July 1st both Lakeway and Bee Cave PDs are expected to start enforcing thier new hands free ordinances that ban texting and other phone based activities whilst driving.
More wheel thefts

Another wave of car wheel thefts took place this week - including the Montebella sub division down HPR. The thieves jack up mostly SUVs and steal all the wheels and tires. An Infiniti G35 (white) has been connected as a possible look out car and area residents are advise to lock their cars in their garages wherever possible.
