Within just a few months of their opening, company management has confirmed that the chain restaurant Moe's Southwest Grill on the corner of 71 and 620 has been permanently shuttered.

There was no reason given for the timing, after a single page sign appeared in their window over the Christmas Holiday. Often credited with hastening the demise of the locally owned Austin Burrito Company in the Shops, it appears both are victims of the saturation of restaurants in the area.
