Golf and Guitar under contract

A Dallas based restaurant company is under contract to buy the failed Hill Country Golf and Guitar venue near Nitro Swim on 71. That includes the Six String Grill as well.
The broker concerned has confirmed it will remain a restaurant and that the miniature golf course will also be open. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2018. No opening date has been set.
Opened in 2014 the venue closed after just over a year but now has a traffic light right onto 71 at its corner.
