Milam's Terraces development plan rejected by City -again

At its July 10th meeting, Bee Cave City Council resoundingly turned down another attempt to get a revised site plan for The Terraces mixed development on Bee Cave Parkway approved.
A unanimous rejecting vote followed several negative comments from Council - leaving this major project under the control of recently indicted developer Chris Milam looking less and less likely to ever be completed in its current amorphous "form".
