HCI gets OK - at a cost

At this week's meeting (March 24th) Bee Cave City Council approved the site plan for the new Hill Country Indoor sports facility on Bee Cave Parkway.
After a two week delay proving insufficient for final traffic studies and the detailed specifications of any turn lanes and other roadwork, a compromise was reached. The developer agreed to put over $100,000 in escrow to cover any costs that may be needed.
All the other issues including impervious cover were resolved and the facility is expected to start construction soon and be ready in about 18 months.
