Bert & Ernie's future revealed

For year's Bert and Ernie's was an infamous "beer, bait and tackle" store down Hamilton Pool Road at its intersection with 12.
Now we are getting some information about Proof & Cooper who are taking over the building and what they plan to open there.
The word is out of a whiskey bar with live music and a kitchen. They are associated with Bar 2211, The Blackheart and the Beauty Bar - all downtown...
A Facebook page (HERE) is running but gives little more information - we are attempting to get more information from the new owners.
