Galleria signage to increase
At a recent Bee Cave City Council meeting, a request from the Hill Country Galleria for more flexibility of signage was granted. This also applies to the Sonesta Hotel.
Significant increases in signage are expected. The revised ordinance grants permission for several different types of signage, such as pedestrian directories, stanchion signs and light pole banners, to advertise events and existing and forthcoming businesses with active permits within the Galleria.

Chick Fil A down for a while
After being open for over 14 years, Chick-fil-A’s Lake Travis location closed its doors in Feb. 21 for approximately six weeks of renovations.

Backyard to drop suit, get go ahead to start
The developers of the new Backyard off Bee Cave Parkway have announced their law suit against the City of Bee Cave and some specific Council members is being dropped.
The Council has OK'd the development of the basic infrastructure for the development but approval of the plans to actually start the buildings etc. remain blocked until a second entrance/exit onto 71 is negotiated with surrounding land owners.
