Busy weekend for HCG

This weekend sees the HCG Halloween celebration on Saturday the 26th (from 2:30 through 6:00) and the Rolling Sculpture Car Show on Sunday the 27th (from 10:00 to 3:00).
HCG announces new tenant for old Iron Cactus building

After over 3 years of vacancy, the HCG has finally signed a new tenant for the high profile central space formerly occupied by Iron Cactus - who defaulted in their lease in Spring 2016.
The new tenant is the group behind three current versions of The League and Tony C's.
Plate opening store and cafe soon

The Market + Cafe at Plate in Bee Cave are opening soon - for all day dining and food to go. Selling Nitro Cold Coffee and espressos starting at 8 AM plus pastries, sandwiches, salads and soups to eat in or takeout. The menu is almost complete and will be posted soon.
Until then, Plate is still opening at 4 for our Happy Hour and casual bites with a full dinner service starting at 5.

Plate launches Thursday Happy Hour

Plate in the Shops is offering a new Thursday Night Casual Bites and Happy Hour menu all night in the dining area, on the deck and at the bar with food, and wine at special prices. There are several new items on the Casual Bites Menu plus new wines on the Happy Hour Menu.

Occupying the space vacated when the Kebab place went out of business in the building behind the rug store near City Hall in The Galleria, Java Dive is getting good positive coverage on muliple local blogs and FaceBook groups.
