A Texas-based financial group has tapped Austin-based St. Croix Capital Advisors to oversee the development, marketing and management of a new, 127,000 square foot office and retail project planned for Bee Cave. It will bring an office condo concept to the area.

Further study of the Press Release suggest the high margin sector is capable of supporting all our local stores.
