Waterloo shuttered, Fuddruckers on the way

This weekend saw the closure of the Waterloo Restaurant and Bar in the Shops at the Galleria and signs are up that a Fuddruckers will take its place. Whether the same management team is behind the brand/franchise shift we are still investigating.
Las Tablitas opens and builds

Las Tablitas Mexican Grill is a new Restaurant in Spicewood near West Cypress Hills.
Schmidt's opens on Monday

The much awaited opening of Schmidt's Family BBQ on the corner of 71 and Bee Caves Road in Bee Cave is scheduled to happen on Monday October 28th. You can see their test cooking HERE.
Chisos' owner to open coffee bar

Chisos' owner Chad Jones is currently working on the final build out at a new coffee bar, The Bee Cave Coffee Company, in the old "Love Mom" premises in the HCG near the amphitheater. Chad tells us a mid November opening is planned.
Revival Square moves to next stage

Revival's Planned Development rezone package was presented to City Council after being approved by P&Z last week. Owners David and Tara Camp have submitted the prezone, site plan and phase one building plans.
