Do you have a teen with high stress or anxiety or a child who is constantly worried about the future? Dr. Ackerman with Flourish Counseling & Mental Wellness Center can shed some light on how stress and anxiety may be affecting your child. The discussion will outline the common symptoms of anxiety and what you can do as a parent to help. Admission is free and the event is open the community.
