Ginger Man opens in Galleria

The Ginger Man pub has opened in the Galleria in the old Kay's Jewellers space near the central amphitheater area.
The opening was April 9th and the pub is offering a wide selection of beers, an eclectic food menu and a limited number of high end liquors.

Plate by Dzintra has opened at the old Gumbo's building on the pond by Best Buy in The Shops. They are slowly ramping up their offerings:

New Sushi restaurant for Falconhead

As the Gateway to Falconhead development at the corner of 620 and Falconhead starts to open up, one of the first openings is Bon Sushi. News broke on the BeeCaveBee Facebook group.
They are already in their "soft opening" phase and are expected to open fully next week. The owners are Falconhead residents who have another restaurant in the San Francisco area. They appear to be waiting on their full liquor license.
