Mesa Rosa building gets new "mystery" tenants
A sign on the old Mesa Rosa building in front of Home Depot announces the new tenant as Johnny Rios but the restaurant is nowehere to be found on Google.
The other part of the old building is going to be occupied by an - as yet unamed - ice cream store.

Verts goes bust
The company behind the former Verts restautant in the Galleria has declared bankruptcy - under its new name of Noon Mediterranean.
The company, founded by two UT graduates, had 19 locations nationally. Assets were at $10MM with debts of up to $50MM. Revenue was crashing from $15MM lasy year to just $6MM in the first half of this year.
