Overstreet Law Suit withdrawn
Adrian Overstreet has dropped his law suit against the City of Bee Cave as access has been granted to his newly planned office building on the North side of BCP - independent of a planned combined driveway/access point with The Terrace condo development. (CORRECTED).
The City was accused of not following correct Ordinance procedure in the suit and of allowing an excessive length of time to elapse between the Council making the decision to combine the two entrances and the recording of the ordinance.

Election just a formality
With less than a month to go to the Spring Elections, the Bee Cave City component is a total non event this year.
With only one candidate for Mayor (Monty Parker) and two candidates for the two open seats at Council (Bill Goodwin and Jon Cobb) all three will be seated whatever happens on voting day.
The only question outstanding is who will the new Council select to fill Parker's vacated Council seat through May 2019?
