Sculpture park opens Nov 9th

Bee Cave Arts Foundation's Sculpture Park has its Grand Opening on Saturday November 9th from 2-5 pm. There will be food and children's activities at the location just behind the Police facility at 13333 Highway 71.

With just 350 votes cast, Bee Cave renewed its 1/8% sales tax for road repairs by an 83% majority in yesterday's only local voting matter. State proposition 6 - to fund a $2Bn Water Development Board also passed by 73%.

Waste facility questions answered

Travis County Water District No.17 has responded to queries about who will grant permits for their new Hazardous Waste facility on General Williamson Drive (which is part owned by the City of Bee Cave) and what public hearing process will be followed.
