Covert denied at City Council
Despite numerous veiled warnings by Coverts' legal council over their legal and constitutional obligations, Bee Cave City Council unanimously denied the preliminary plat for the contentious car dealership on 71. The decision was met with a standing ovation from the 30+ supporters in the room and the outside area.

The November 12th Bee Cave City Council passed a unanimmous motion to have their staff prepare a "strongly worded communication to the controlling bodies expressing their deep concerns about this development".
Bee Cave City Council to debate Masonwood issue
At its Tuesday night meeting (November 12th) Bee Cave City Council will consider action over the WTCPUA plans to supply a new 1,600 home development on Hamilton Pool Road on the Hatchett Tract. Bee Cave is a partial owner of the PUA.
May elections may prove expensive
None of our bigger neighbors in Travis County (City of Austin, ACC, Travis County, Austin ISD, etc.) will be holding elections in May 2014.
