Replacing Kline
Although we do not have confirmation from City Hall, it appears likely Council will name a new member to fill Kline's seat until a special election can be held in May 2014. Bill Goodwin (experienced council member with fourth largest number of votes in May '13, now PUA Board Member) is the probable front runner for nomination.
