Anti Covert sign at FW entrance
A No Covert banner is being displayed at the front of Falconhead West during peak morning and evening traffic times. The FHW HOA did vote to allow the sign to be displayed on HOA property.
Variance prevents 100 more Cielo/Madrone apartments on 620
At their June 25th meeting Bee Cave City Council granted a water retention variance for Madrone Apartments. Faced with the option to not grant the variance and see the developer build up to 100 more apartment units to justify the cost of the required facility and being told by a representative from Alta Vista that they had come to an agreement with Madrone over the retention of trees and that they were comfortable with the request, Council voted to grant the variance. This Cielo development is opposite the entrance to Falconhead and remains controversial.
